ASIA POKER SHOP makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on our website are accurate. But we cannot be held responsible for slight variations in color or style.
Clerical Errors
ASIA POKER SHOP try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. If by mistake an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on our site due to a clerical, typographical or pricing error, ASIA POKER SHOP shall have the right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any contract to supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Prices
All prices quoted on our website are stated in Chinese YUAN (RMB).
If you wish to pay in another currency, please contact us and we will inform you of the price in your selected currency.
Payment
ASIA POKER SHOP accept payment through PayPal and Cash On Delivery.
Right to Cancel Goods
You have the right to cancel your order that you have placed with us, unless such have been specially ordered or customized for you,
Shipping & Returns
Delivery is usually within 1 – 2 days within the Shanghai area.
If you wish to order any of our products and get them shipped to a location outside Shanghai, please contact our customer service and we will inform you of the delivery costs and time.
We'll accept any returns from you within 7 days from our delivery date, with the exception of specially ordered customized products.
On all returns we give a full refund - (deducted the delivery costs).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation included.
Damaged / Missing Goods
When goods are delivered via a carrier it is your responsibility to check that the package has not been damaged on route by the carrier.
If goods do arrive damaged please notify us with 24 hours of receipt after this time we will be unable to consider any claim for missing / damaged product.
If goods are damaged / missing we will supply replacement product or alternative goods to the original order value - it is not company policy to offer a cash refund under such circumstances.
