We want all customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept any returns from you within 7 days from our delivery date. (With the exception of customized products)

If you wish to order any of our products and get them shipped to a location outside Shanghai, please contact our customer service and we will inform you of the delivery costs.

On all returns we give a full refund - (deducted the delivery costs).

To make a return follow these three steps:

1. Email our customer service and tell us what products you want to return. We will then send you our return address.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt.
3. You are responsible for this shipping.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included.

Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund (deducted the original delivery costs).

If a product has been damaged during shipping, we ask you to contact us immediately. Always save the packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
